With another lockdown being announced throughout the UK, we want to assure our customers we are doing everything we can to keep you moving throughout lockdown in a covid secure manner.
You can rest assured The Good Estate will remain open to deal with your enquiries moving forward. While we might not be available as a physical presence in the office, we are lucky in that we are able to work remotely ensuring the health of not only our staff but our customers too. You can contact us as normal, report maintenance issues online and use our agent search to locate and contact your local agent. As well as arranging viewings and valuations of your home as normal.

You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.
Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.
Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering.
For activities in connection with moving home (including viewing a property), or for activities in connection with the maintenance, purchase, sale, letting, or rental of residential property that the person owns or is otherwise responsible for.
The Welsh Government have stated you can:
- move home
- market a residential property for sale or rent and prepare a residential property for persons to move into
- view a residential property
While Northern Ireland is yet to announce any further restrictions following Boris Johnson’s announcement yesterday evening, estate agents are currently permitted to remain open to facilitate the buying and selling of property, including associated activities such as the viewing of properties. Individuals are not permitted to enter the shop.
