We are currently looking for properties to let on a short or long term basis for our sister company Good Short Stays.

Good Short Stays offers accommodation to doctors, nurses, University professors etc who require short term accommodation whilst fulfilling their contracts.

A normal AST is not suitable for these purposes and therefore we offer landlords a guaranteed rent and
