Make sure your property is getting the promotion it deserves. Demand to see your property on all the major portals including Rightmove & Zoopla. If you are not on both you could be missing a third of the buyers! - Agent viewings
Your paying the agent a big chunk of money. Make sure they work for it and get them to do the viewings for you. They can sell your house better than you can. It’s their job! - Get a fresh look
If viewings have dried up its time for a fresh look. Review points 1 to 3 above. Get some new photos and update the description. - Check for smells!
It’s a fact that every home smells of something. These smells may either attract or put off potential buyers. If you have pets for example this could affect potential buyers who do not have pets. I say this as an owner of dogs and cats. You get used to the smell of your own home so be aware and take steps to introduce some universally accepted smells. Fresh baked bread is a universal winner.
