If your issue involves leaking water you should call us urgently and ensure you turn off the stop cock to prevent further damage. If the leak only occurs when you use a certain item i.e. the shower please continue to use this form but refrain from using that item.

If your issue involves fire you should call the emergency services immediately by dialling 999

If you smell gas look after your own safety and get out of the house. If safe to do so ventilate the property by opening doors and windows. Do not use any appliances, switch on any lights or use a naked flame. Call 0800 111 999 urgently.
