Macduff is a coastal town on along the Moray Firth and is just under two miles away from the thriving town of Banff, with the small fishing town of Whitehills a further two miles away and just under 10 miles away from Portsoy. 
Macduff is a town that has lots of local amenities and only 45 miles away from Aberdeen.  The property is located in a quiet area and within a walkable distance to the local amenities including a local school, cafe’s, shop and aquarium.
